Your MCSR dossier is yours. It is not tied to your school, your instructor, or your employer. When you graduate, when you take your first position, when you move - your verified clinical history goes with you.
When your student access ends, you transition to full Professional membership without losing a single hour of your recorded history. Everything you documented as a student carries forward. No reset. No lost data. Your record is continuous.

MCSR Student Access lets you document that experience in the same system used by practicing perfusionists, ECMO clinicians, and MCS specialists. You learn the language of verified clinical hours while you are still learning the language of perfusion.
How It Works
Sign up with your student email. Verify your enrollment in a qualifying perfusion or clinical program. Pay $24 once - that covers up to 2 years of full access to all MCSR tracks.
As you progress through your program, log your clinical hours by track: VCH (CPB), VEH (ECMO), VVH (VAD), and VNH (NRP). Add simulation hours and continuing education. Your dossier builds automatically.
When you graduate and begin your career, transition to Professional membership. Your entire student record - every hour, every case, every simulation - carries forward without interruption. You walk into your first job with a documented clinical history.
If you are preparing for perfusion school or strengthening your clinical vocabulary, the Perfusion School Prep Series (PSPS) gives you the language and context you need before you walk into the OR. PSPS and MCSR work together: PSPS teaches the vocabulary, MCSR documents the hours.
