Yes. MCSR™ is backfill eligible. You can document and seek verification for clinical experience you have already accumulated, going back to your first case.

Your MCSR™ record belongs to you — not your employer, not a hospital system, not a certifying board. It is permanent and portable, and never revoked by institutional changes.
